i leave then and cant wait. this tour is going to be huge. for those who have not been informed yet we are going out with.... kevin rudolf (let it rock) , cash cash, hypercrush, and the audition.
its gonna be pretty dope. house of blues. lots of kids. lots of noise. lots of lights. lots of energy. my life is probably what most people wish they could be doing. i have amazing friends in amazing bands and have been blessed. and have had amazing oppertunities.
as far as life goes at home... i dug my grandma a garden with my time off. it was a lot of work but she smiled and said thank you and that made it worth while.
i think things in life are going to start moving fast. part of me is scared and part of me is not. we will see how this fairy tale turns out.
until then thanks for being good friends guys. your the best ive got and i still hate all 4 of you. ;)

i read this today and realized how true it was and even the people tht deny this are liars. everyone that posts in a blog or whatever besides in a private place can def not deny this and ts awesome cause it is true. we are in omaha, ne today and then tomorrow minneapolis so its gonna be cold for a couple days. im excited for tour in april, it hasnt been announced yet but its the biggest and most amazing thing i will have done yet to date in y life and as fun as it will be im still kinda nervous but i guess we will see how it goes. also, i have been listenin to a very very random array of music lately. its nice.

so if any of you are familiar with the original nd first tony hawk game you re member a level called burnside....? ..... well today i saw that skatepark... its here in portland where were playing today. i feel as if the first part of the tour i was spoiled cause i forgot it was winter while we were in L.A. ... it was hot and sunny everydaya dn then we get to today and its freezing and not so sunny. haha. but tomrrow is Seattle, WA and i used to live like and hour from there so i know how awesome of a town it is. im stoked to be going back there. also, tonight i wil be sleeping on the tour bus. which is like sleeping in a cofin. i dont kno how many of you think touring is all about trashing hotel rooms and having huge beds and lots of money but its def not. haha. i think i gotta pee so this is the end. hope everyone of you is living life to the most and doind what they love and loving what they love. peace.

hollywood hills
so im sitting here in hollywood. its our 3rd day into this tour... check out the dates if you havent yet... myspace.com/gocrashaudio ....... we are in hollywood just chillin. its pretty awesome. last night we played the knitting factory and it was a good show. lots of cool people. tomorrow is chain reaction in anahiem .. anyone wanna pay for me to go to disneyland? haha so anyways... i have this huge news about whats going don in april and i want to just tell everyone, but, i cant cause it hasnt been officially announced yet... but as soon as i can i will be telling all you... hope everyone is having a killer year so far, i know i am... oh and its nice and warm outside here in hollywood. later cuties

New Things Are Exciting Things.....
A clean shower in the middle of warped tour... i miss it...So im sitting here in Omaha, NB today and I leave tomorrow for L.A. with a brief stop in Las Vegas to lose some money. ha. and then tour starts.... oh and i think i forgot to mention that ill be tour managing Go Crash Audio... we are heading out with our friends in Anarbor and The Lives of Famous men... Make sure and check out the dates..... Myspace.com/gocrashaudio ..... other then that life for me has been pretty great... i got some great people in my life and i plan on making sure it stays that way.... american diary has been busy writing some new songs and recording them... they have 3 done and recorded and let me tell you personally.... they are fucking sick.... other then that im gonna be out on the road in many new cities and lots of old ones.... so for those of you who know me come out and kick it and lets party!!!!!! and for those of you who dont..... come out and kick it and lets party!!!!!! ha. hope everyone is having an awesome martin luther king day.

A Little Time Off
Oh man, how to start how to start? Well this is obviously the first of many of these and it may be a little long to get you guys and gals up to speed. I have been home from tour now for about a month. I really am starting to miss the guys and the horrible smell of piss and trash from inside our tour machine/van. ha. If you haven't heard any of the stories or anything from the past 6 months or so of touring, here is a quick overview of it:
It started back in May at the Recher theatre in Baltimore where I was selling merch for the guys and that was awesome. That was the first show I did with the guys and as soon as it was over I knew I would be stuck with the dudes for a while if they wanted me to be. So we toured all over the rest of that month and up till june 19th, from the northeast to midwest to southeast and all along the south of the US of A until we hit Cali and played our last show in L.A.. The next day we started out on our journey back and forth across the US on what is known as Warped Tour. We ended up doing the entire Warped Tour and played a handfull of dates and did some one offs with our friends All Time Low at Rams Head Live in Baltimore which was by far the craziest show ever. After that show we did the rest of Warped Tour where it ended up in L.A.. and before you go any farther I want to give you a quick run through of what a day in the American Diary life was everyday on Warped Tour.... we get to the venue after driving all night at about 5 or 6 in the morning, we wake up at around 8 or 9 to walk and see if we were playing that day, if not we tried to sleep in 100 degree weather for a little longer, then brandon and reeded were off to catering to start making lunches for all the big name bands, while me and mikey and ben walked to scoppe out our cd selling grounds for the day, then we gathered up our crap (boxes of cds, ipods, headphones and splitters) and started selling cds. we would sell non stop in the heat of the day with out many breaks till we had to go help with catering. then usually after a fast dinner and helping clean up and other crap we went and sold more, then we all get in the van and drive all night to the next stop... and thats our days.
it was deff a journey, I personally ended up leaving at the chicago date of warped cause I had a house that was bought for me to move in to and I needed a break before i went crazy. ha. The guys dominated the rest of tour and then toured back to the east coast. They made a stop at my new place in south carolina where i live when im not on tour (i dont actually live in baltimore with the guys) and we somehow thought it was smart to buy like 50 hot dogs and 108 beers and try to eat and drink it all in one night. needless to say, it did not happen. Highlight of the night was when reeder was in the middle of saying something when we were all sitting outside and right as he was about to finish his sentence, puke just came pouring out, and then he just finished his sentence when it was done. hah.
So I had a nice little month break after that before I headed back to Baltimore where our first show of the fall tour was with our good friends from Warped Tour, Angels and Airwaves, and it was an awesome show. we then toured the northeast and southeast, unfotunately we had to cancel our midwest shows cause of the shitty economy. The tour ended a couple days before halloween and i was finally back home.
So now i have been home for sometime. the guys are busy writing some music and doing some creative and awesome things and im here at home trying to keep busy till im out on the road again. Im really missing being out there but at the same time I am loving spending time with my girlfriend and having a nice big bed to sleep in every night.
I feel good about how things are right now and im not sure what the future holds but i think everything is gonna turn out right and the hardwork will pay off.
until then im gonna keep giving the things i pursue in life everything ive got. cause i think thats what you got to do if you ever want to get anywhere.... for now though, im gonna hit the sack cause its 1 am and im pretty tired.
